What a year it’s been! One of growth and alignment, all brought to life by the incredible people who’ve shown up, rolled out their mats and shared this journey with me. We’ve strengthened our roots in the community while also reaching further afield. From sunrise flows in Greece to moon circles in Sussex and silent disco yoga under open skies, you’ve been there. Breathing. Moving. Connecting.
As the year comes to a close, I wanted to take a moment to look back at everything we’ve created together and celebrate the moments that made 2025 so special!
Community, classes & events:
This year saw our community grow stronger than ever. I hosted 12 Silent Disco Yoga events, welcoming more than 500 people to move and connect through music and mindfulness. The seasonal Women’s Circles brought moments of reflection and release, while our Spring Equinox Half-Day Retreat offered a grounding mix of yin yoga, gratitude, tea and ecstatic dance. Weekly classes stayed fully booked across multiple days, with around 50 students joining each week to explore yoga, movement, mindset and breathwork.
It’s been such a joy to watch this community expand, not just in numbers, but in confidence, connection and shared energy.

Retreats & global expansion:
This year brought three beautiful retreat experiences to life. In Lefkada, Greece, a sold-out summer escape unfolded with sunrise flows, sea swims, a boat trip and plenty of soulful connection. In Ibiza, we explored transformation through yoga, breathwork, nourishing food and visits to the island’s hippy markets. Back home, our Summer Solstice Day Retreat at The Sussex Shala offered an intimate and grounding day of movement and rest.
More than 25 guests joined me abroad this year, many returning for their second or third retreat, a reminder of how meaningful these shared experiences have become.

New launches & creative projects:
This year also brought new creative projects and offerings to life. The Yogic Toolbox Workshop Series launched as an educational offering to explore the foundations of yoga philosophy, anatomy, pranayama and alignment. The Rise & Align Instagram Live series offered five free morning sessions combining gentle movement, shaking, tapping and meditation to help people start their day with presence and energy. Corporate wellness packages also grew, with silent disco yoga, ecstatic dance and mindful productivity workshops delivered to teams, teachers and businesses across the UK.
Each of these new projects opened fresh ways to share the practice and its benefits with even more people.
Teaching & impact:
Teaching this year has felt deeply rewarding. I’ve supported private 1:1 clients both online and in person, helping them rebuild strength, confidence and connection to their bodies and breath. I’ve created more than 200 hours of yoga and breathwork experiences this year, both in-person and online, each one a chance to guide others towards balance and self-awareness.
Seeing clients grow in confidence and ease has been one of the most meaningful parts of the year.

Recognition & media:
It’s been a year of exciting recognition and growth for Breathe With Ease. I was honoured to win the Helen Barrett Bright Idea Award 2025, celebrating innovation and impact in wellness entrepreneurship, for the build of the sauna at The Sussex Shala (Coming in 2026). I was also named a finalist in the Small Business Awards for Female Entrepreneur of the Year, with the awards night still to come in December.
Breathe With Ease was featured in ELLE Magazine as one of the UK’s inspiring yoga brands to watch and was highlighted in several wellness round-ups as a top retreat and conscious travel experience for 2026.
These acknowledgements have been a lovely reminder that the work we’re creating together is being seen and valued.

Personal highlights:
2025 has been a year of refining and alignment, both personally and professionally. Moments of growth, courage and gratitude that reminded me why I do what I do.
Continued to care for my health while living with cystic fibrosis, teaching and travelling with energy, purpose and freedom.
Deepened my own practice, finding balance between leading others and nurturing personal rituals.
Continued growing The Sussex Shala into a true sanctuary for soulful events and community connection in the South Downs.
Reconnected with music and dusted off my DJ decks.
Moved into my van, embracing a slower, simpler lifestyle between classes and events, living closer to nature and in rhythm with the seasons.
Returned to Wilderness Festival for the fifth year, soaking up the music, community and creativity that continue to inspire my work.
Took time for city breaks, reconnecting with friends, food and culture between teaching and travel.
Spent more time outdoors and by the sea, honouring the balance between stillness and adventure.
Strengthened friendships and community bonds, watching women connect deeply through retreats and circles.
Stepped into new visibility through teaching, speaking and being recognised for the energy and intention I bring to my work.

Everything will be easily accessible through the Momence app, designed to support your practice at home or on the go. There’ll be a special Founders Discount for January, so if you’d like to be one of the first to join, click here to express your interest
There are also three retreats to look forward to in 2026:

Manifest in Mallorca | 7th - 14th June
Ibiza Autumn Retreat | 20th - 24th September | Launching before the new year
The Yogic Toolbox Series 2 will also return in February, offering new workshops to deepen your understanding of yoga philosophy, breathwork and embodiment.
And for those who love Silent Disco Yoga, more will be popping up in new locations across Sussex and Kent, bringing even more opportunities to move, breathe and connect under open skies.
As 2025 comes to an end, I’m filled with gratitude for everyone who’s shown up, shared space and helped this community grow. Thank you for being part of the journey. Here’s to more connection, creativity and calm in 2026!
