Booking Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy
Relating to all Breathe With Ease classes and events
Cancellations by Participants
All class, workshop, event and day retreat bookings are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.

Failure to attend a booked class, workshop, event or day retreat will be treated as a late cancellation and no refund will be provided.
Ticket Transfers
Bookings are non-transferable and may not be passed on or sold to another person.
For health, safety and insurance purposes, all participants are required to complete the relevant booking information and waiver forms, and the organiser must hold accurate participant details for everyone attending an event.
Changes, Cancellations & Circumstances Beyond Our Control
In the event that a class, workshop, event or day retreat is cancelled, postponed or significantly altered due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, natural events, venue issues, travel disruption, government restrictions, illness of the facilitator, or other unforeseen circumstances, refunds will not be issued.
Instead, participants will receive a credit equal to the value of their booking, which may be used towards any future class, workshop, event or day retreat offered by Breathe With Ease. This credit will have no expiry date.
Every effort will be made to provide as much notice as possible should changes be required.
Health & Participation
By attending any class, workshop, event or day retreat, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate.
You are responsible for informing the organiser of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, recent surgery or other health concerns that may affect your participation. Participation is entirely at your own risk. You agree to listen to your body, work within your own limits and stop any activity that causes pain, discomfort or concern.
If you are unsure whether participation is appropriate for you, you should seek advice from a qualified medical professional before attending. The organiser reserves the right to refuse participation where it is believed attendance may pose a risk to the participant or others.
Liability Waiver
Whilst every reasonable care is taken to provide a safe environment, participation in yoga, breathwork, movement, meditation, workshops, events and day retreats involves an element of inherent risk.
By attending, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that participation is voluntary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breathe With Ease, teacher should not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, illness or personal property loss arising from participation in any class, workshop, event or day retreat, except where caused by proven negligence.
Participants remain responsible for their own wellbeing and personal belongings throughout the duration of the event.
This wording strikes a friendly but professional tone and gives you strong protection while still being fair to clients.
