Hey, I'm Nicole!
I’m Nicole, a yoga teacher, retreat leader, breathwork specialist, and the founder of Breathe With Ease. I create immersive event and retreat experiences for people from all walks of life designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and feel deeply nourished physically, emotionally, and mentally.
My work is rooted in balancing busy lifestyles and building genuine connection, whether that’s through women-only spaces that foster powerful friendships or couples retreats that create time to reset and grow together.

Outside of teaching, I’m a solo traveller, music lover, festival goer, and nature seeker, happiest dancing barefoot, exploring new places, or cooking and sharing good food with great people. I believe in living fully while creating moments that feel both grounding and expansive.

I also live with cystic fibrosis, something that has shaped my resilience, perspective, and appreciation for feeling good in my body, but never defines what I’m capable of.

I’m lucky to share this work alongside my partner Matthew, a mindfulness coach you may have seen on Channel 4 First Dates. Together we run Connections retreats, with our Ibiza 2026 retreat now sold out. You can fill out the 2027 interest form to be the first to hear about upcoming experiences.
