Born with cystic fibrosis, I grew up with a life shaped by uncertainty - living with a condition that was limiting and unpredictable. It taught me early that life isn’t guaranteed, and that there is something powerful about choosing to be present, live for today and make the most of the life you have.
I’m Nicole, founder of Breathe With Ease, where I create immersive wellness experiences, retreats and events that bring together movement, breathwork, connection and adventure.
My work spans retreat leadership, yoga and breathwork, marketing, community, events and partnerships. From women-only retreats and couples experiences to festival wellness spaces, silent disco yoga [FUSANA] and corporate wellbeing, I love creating experiences that feel thoughtful, memorable and genuinely meaningful.
I’m passionate about bringing people together and creating spaces where people can step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect - with themselves, with others and with what really matters in the world.
Outside of work, I’m a traveller, music lover, festival goer, dancer and nature seeker, happiest dancing barefoot, exploring somewhere new, swimming in the sea or cooking and sharing good food with great people.
I believe wellbeing isn’t about escaping life. It’s about being fully present for it - creating more moments of connection, joy, stillness and adventure along the way.

Designed to elevate the senses and deepen connection, each session takes you on a journey through movement, breath, and rhythm, with carefully curated playlists that build, uplift, and inspire.
