As part of Breathe With Ease's privacy policy, I require you to fill out the booking forms in full, including name, email address and phone number. Also providing any information regarding current medical conditions, injuries and recovery programmes. 

This makes it easy to contact you regarding your booking, email updates, and be completely aware of any medical information prior to class.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), all personal data and circumstances are held in the strictest confidence.

All client/students records are stored in a safe and fully secured environment. I do not and will not share your information with any other persons or third parties unless requested by yourself in writing.
