Service Description
Dynamic, energising, and rewarding vinyasa yoga class. Accompanied with essential oils, pranayama and meditation. This class will allow you to totally release, ease tension and ignite energies in the body. Yoga mats and blocks are provided. Adaptions and progressive options are offered throughout the practice.
