Want to learn how to paddle board safely? Want be safe on the water? I offer 1to1 and 1to2 sup tuition for beginners, intermediate and experienced sup boarders. As well as small groups from 3-6 people per instructor.
Want a stag, hen or party idea? Want to do a business trip or team-building activity? SUP Boarding is the way forward.

SUPYOGA Classes
I teach Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga classes on the water. Join me at the Cuckmere River, Seaford or Rockwater in Hove.
Equipment hire is available at the time of booking.
All classes are at sunset, the perfect time to wind down and watch the colours of the sky change while floating on water.
