Welcome to Breathe With Ease, my name is Nicole, I'm a qualified yoga teacher, sound healer, retreat leader and stand up paddle board instructor.
Established in May 2019, Breathe With Ease and has grown into a successful, award winning yoga and retreats business covering men and women's weekly yoga classes across East Sussex, learning how to balance their busy working lifestyles, and offer unique and immersive wellness events and retreats in the UK and abroad.

Women's Spanish Yoga Retreat 2024
1st - 8th June 2024. This 7 day women's only yoga retreat holiday offers the power to build a sisterhood of support, care and self-love.
The retreat is aimed at full time workers looking to find balance in their lifestyle, mothers to step back from their duties and re-find themselves
as women, and business women who struggle to step away from the demands of being their own boss!
The yoga classes will be vinyasa, hatha and yin yoga styles. Adaptations and progressions will be offered in each class to suit your practice.
Day excursions to national park lakes, hike, paddle boarding and Malaga trip.
