Service Description
Come & unwind beside the sea, release the tension, allow the stress to melt away as we complete a gentle yoga practice on the beach. Open to all, mix abilities - Eastbourne. Bring your own yoga mat. We meet outside Holywell Café just before 18:30. 18:30-19:30.
