The course has seen some fantastic response and feedback so we are continuing with 6 week courses. Do you stretch pre & post workouts? Do you think about static stretching as much as dynamic? Do you suffer regularly from injuries & often get cramp? Yoga isn’t just about the psychological benefits, but how we can shape it into supporting our physical health & chosen activities. This six week course is aimed at the MOST inflexible, stiff & tight male bodies that struggle with everyday movement. The aim of the course is to enhance your performance in your chosen sport, prevent injuries & promote the correct recovery! Tell your clubs & book on today! The new course starting starts on Monday 1st August - Monday 12th September (no class on Monday 29th August as it is a bank holiday) 8-9pm
